Athene is a senior community in the Totem Lake neighborhood of Kirkland. Developed by Imagine Housing, the building contains 91 affordable apartments with 27 studio, 59 one-bedroom, and 5 two-bedroom homes. Amenities include a large ground floor gathering space and courtyard, a community room and deck on the 6th floor, a computer center and media space. The project was built with sustainable materials to achieve Washington State Evergreen standards for energy efficiency and long-term durability.
