COMPLETION DATE

October 2016

High-end tenant buildout for international client in a historical downtown building. Work consisted of remodeling a signature space on the 2nd and 3rd floors within the Exchange Building, converting the original trading floor into an open office space while maintaining the raw character of the exposed structure. Work occurred between occupied floors on a fast-track basis, with a huge palette of finishes.

Included in the buildout is a custom steel circulation stair, new data rooms, and dozens of different wall coverings and carpet patterns; all built into an open office concept with high-tech conferencing ability. Project required intense coordination with the tenant’s vendors and subcontractors, as well as the building management. Several large new scope requests were incorporated into the job, while the difficult existing conditions in this 100 year old building were incorporated into the project.
