Tenant Improvement for two new floors of offices and the addition of a locker room to the parking level of the building. The building was stripped down to concrete for an entirely new floor plan design. New and existing walls were upgraded to meet the new fire rating, the HVAC system was upgraded with a new roof top unit that had to be removed and replaced by crane, and all new security cameras and access readers were installed for an upgrade to the building security. The project was done in multiple phases and was partially occupied while the punch list and locker room construction took place.
