Seattle Design Center

Built in the late 70’s, the Seattle Design Center is a 5-story, 156,000 sf building in the Georgetown neighborhood. It is being transformed into a state-of-the-art office building that meets the 2012 energy code, with two five-stop glass elevators in the atrium, modernization of existing elevators, replacement of HVAC system to a modern water source VRF system, and all new risers, fixtures, finishes for 8 new restrooms. The first floor atrium has been renovated to hold private events and functions while also presenting a modern lobby for the building tenants during the day.
