Spokane at Rainier Court is part of a combined development along Rainier Ave S in the Mt. Baker neighborhood of Seattle. The affordable housing complex includes a 73,065 sf, 4-story mixed-use apartment building containing 81 units for senior housing as well as 2,676 sf of commercial space. The building includes a shared parking lot for 35 stalls and a shared amenity space across a central alleyway. The commercial frontage will be built to the street side to enhance the pedestrian experience along 34th Ave.
