Venture was selected by Make-A-Wish to build their new Seattle office space in 2014, and our partnership with this organization has continued to evolve in the years since. We are proud to have granted 7 children’s wishes, fundraised more than $180k amongst our staff and partners, and provided in-kind construction services for a few very special home projects.
Mary’s Place provides safe, inclusive shelter and services to support women, children and families on their journey out of homelessness. We are proud to have partnered with them in a variety of capacities since 2015. Our work with Mary’s Place includes annual gift drives, back to school supply fundraising, and providing snack packs for kids to open after school.
Each fall, participants gather at Green Lake in Seattle for the I Can and I Will Run, an annual 5K and 10K event benefiting the Seattle Children’s Uncompensated Care Fund
Venture is proud to have sponsored this incredible community fundraiser for four consecutive years, with many of our team members joining in on the run themselves. We’re grateful to the I Can and I Will Guild, as well as every runner, sponsor, and volunteer whose efforts help ensure local families can focus on their children’s health as opposed to medical bills.
