BMW of Lynwood

Venture partnered with Swickard Auto Group, BMW Group US, and Facet Architects to deliver a high-performance automotive sales and service campus on a 9.9-acre site in Lynnwood. The development features extensive sitework and the construction of two primary structures: a 25,000 SF steel-framed sales and showroom building and an 18,000 SF tilt-up concrete service center.

The rolling five-acre site required multiple cast-in-place retaining walls and significant hardscape improvements to support the facility’s functionality and customer experience. Inside the service building, 20 service lifts and an in-bay automatic car wash were installed to accommodate efficient vehicle maintenance and detailing operations. The completed facility reflects the precision, quality, and performance synonymous with the BMW brand.
