The building offers two levels of below-grade parking with 114 stalls, one level of retail space on the ground floor (12,800 sf), six levels of residential units and one common-area rooftop terrace level with shared amenities. It is a wood-frame structure with Hardi panels, corrugated metal, and a steel exterior facade.
