Village at Totem Lake Building C is a 7-story building with three levels of above-grade parking and retail at street level located in the Totem Lake Mall Campus. Program elements include 201 apartments in a mix of studio, one and two bedrooms. The ground level includes a lobby with a manager’s office, mailroom, and other housing support spaces, an open air covered loading area that serves both retail and residential, and 46,000 sf of retail divided into 13 tenant spaces. Amenity spaces are located on the 5th and 7th floors,in addition to three podium courtyards.
