This 4,420 sf tenant improvement project consisted of renovations at Wizards of the Coast’s new location in Bellevue, WA. These renovations included lobby modifications, adding private offices at both ends of the floor, kitchenette refreshes, and restroom modifications. The work also included the addition of a new game room with custom flooring, casework/wood paneling, light fixtures that incorporate Wizards trademark game cards, and numerous “Easter eggs” that were tied into a sophisticated AV system.
