Venture completed the seismic and structural renovation of an active daycare and preschool facility in Bellevue. The project included demolition of existing interior finishes and ceiling systems, followed by a full build-out of new classrooms, a welcoming foyer and reception area, administrative offices, and upgraded restrooms.

Exterior improvements were carefully executed adjacent to protected wetlands, requiring close coordination and environmental sensitivity. The renovation also included new HVAC systems and comprehensive electrical and IT upgrades to support the center’s modern operational needs and create a safe, nurturing environment for children and staff alike.
