This project strengthened the existing 29,354-square-foot building at Bishop Blanchet High School through the installation of new concrete shear walls and structural steel reinforcements. Alongside the seismic improvements, the scope included various interior tenant upgrades throughout the school to modernize and enhance functionality. Situated in a dense residential neighborhood with heavy traffic along N 85th Street, the project required strategic planning and continuous communication between Bishop Blanchet, city authorities, trade partners, and nearby residents to ensure safe and efficient progress with minimal disruption.
