We are currently in progress on the renovation of this 12 story hotel in a historic building in downtown Seattle. Scope of work includes a new lobby bar and accompanying kitchen, complete interior and exterior restoration. A new fire pump, generator, and SCL vault/service, and a new elevator will be installed.
