Venture provided preconstruction services of this 160,000 sf occupied renovation and built out a mock up room. Scope of work was set to include demolition of existing finishes in the 337-key hotel, including removing all existing wall coverings, floorings and bathroom finishes and fixtures. New finishes included wall coverings, paint, flooring, new lights, new plumbing fixtures, glass shower enclosures and tiled walk-in showers.
