Scope of work included the buildout of a $2.5 million restaurant and rooftop bar; including new electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems. Venture also completed the lobby and the remainder of the rooms not completed by shell and core GC. Scout Restaurant on the ground level contains 75 seats with sidewalk and courtyard access and the rooftop bar and lounge, The Nest, boasts amazing views of the Puget Sound.
