This project was a two-phase, 5-floor tenant improvement to consolidate the King County Public Defenders operations within the historic Dexter Horton Building. Work included the demolition and construction of new partitions/ceilings and was completed in two phases, the second of which involved two occupied floors. The design preserved the historic features of the building, and allowed for re-use of some existing materials to create a vibrant new space.
