Merrill Gardens at The University

Venture completed a comprehensive interior renovation of multiple amenity and common areas at Merrill Gardens at the University, elevating the resident experience through thoughtful upgrades and refined finishes. The project encompassed the lobby, bistro, library, activity room, dining areas, open kitchen, private dining room, public restrooms, salon, wellness center, theater, and all residential corridors.

Scope of work included installation of new tile, LVT, and carpet flooring; doors and glazing; paint and wall coverings; lighting; cabinetry and appliances; and select millwork throughout. Limited structural modifications and targeted MEP updates were performed to support the refreshed layouts and modernized systems.

The result is a cohesive, welcoming environment that enhances comfort, functionality, and community for residents and staff alike.
