Venture completed a comprehensive interior renovation at Corydon Apartments, modernizing key amenity and common areas to enhance functionality and elevate the resident and visitor experience. Renovated spaces included the leasing lobby and offices, multipurpose room, fitness center, public restrooms, and residential corridors.

The scope featured new tile, LVT, and carpet flooring; updated doors and glazing; fresh paint and wall coverings; upgraded lighting; new cabinetry, ceilings, appliances, and select millwork throughout. Limited structural modifications and targeted MEP improvements were implemented to support the refreshed design and ensure long-term performance.

The result is a cohesive, contemporary environment that strengthens the property’s identity while creating welcoming, highly functional spaces for residents and staff.
