Venture completed extensive lobby and amenity space renovations for The Wave & NOLO Apartments at Stadium Place in Seattle, transforming shared resident spaces into modern, flexible environments for gathering, working, and relaxing.

The project included new steel stairs and railings, custom glazing systems, co-working spaces, media lounges, casework upgrades with built-in banquette seating, architectural room dividers, updated lighting, corridor improvements, and new paint and flooring throughout. Together, these elements create a cohesive, hospitality-inspired experience while enhancing the functionality and character of the buildings’ shared spaces.
