Located on the 6th floor of Southport Tower 3 in Renton, WA, Virtuoso is a first-generation tenant improvement delivering a tailored workplace for Virtuoso, a global luxury travel agency expanding into the Seattle market. With sweeping views of Lake Washington, Mercer Island, and the Seattle skyline, the space balances functionality with a strong sense of place.

The project included full MEP installation and fire protection modifications, along with a thoughtfully designed layout featuring 15 private offices, multiple conference rooms, open work areas, and a kitchen with booth seating. Virtuoso occupies nearly half of the floor, creating a cohesive and flexible work environment for employees.
