This 20,000 sf tenant improvement for Washington Center for Bleeding Disorders (WACBD) was built on the 19th floor of One Convention Place. This facility replaced their existing headquarters and provides new clinical, pharmacy, and lab services within the Seattle downtown area. This project was design/build MEP and included the installation of a new emergency generator on the 5th floor of the building and a dispensing pharmacy that had to be completed early to accommodate final approvals and licensing. The facility includes 8 clinical rooms, physical therapy, and infrastructure for a future lab space along with support and administrative offices.
