This engineered metal building has a 77k sf footprint with 29k sf mezzanine to be used for a light manufacturing facility. The building envelope consists of OneDeck roofing panels, AWIP (All Weather Insulated Panels) panelized system, and Curtain Wall. The new facility was completed ground up and the interior warehouse has one large receiving freezer with multiple clean rooms.
