3,680 sf lobby renovation of one of Alexandria Real Estate’s buildings in downtown Seattle. The renovations included a complete demolition of existing Level 1 storage rooms and bathrooms as well as a demolition of the stairwell. The project scope also included installing a new exterior storefront and interior curtain wall, lobby buildout, two bath and shower rooms, a shared conference room, and MEP/F upgrades.
