Built in the early 1900’s, the Rainier Bottling Plant is a historic mixed-use property located in the city’s Georgetown industrial neighborhood. This 87,400 sf seismic project will include concrete shear walls, seismic straps and drag struts along with parapet bracing and a new roof. In addition to the seismic scope, the 3,597 sf amenity space will be receiving tenant improvements concurrently with the seismic upgrades to the building.
