Sounders FC Center at Longacres

Sounders FC Center at Longacres is the new state-of-the-art home for the club’s entire soccer and business ecosystem. The expansive project is located in the former Boeing corporate headquarters and includes four full-sized outdoor training fields, plus a goalkeep area totaling 438,000 sf and 50,000 sf of interior renovations with modern locker rooms, training facilities, as well as space for the club’s soccer operations and front office personnel. Sounders FC Center at Longacres is a Salmon-Safe accredited project, returning all the water from our site safely for the salmon habitat—throughout and after construction.

Exterior Highlights

• 3,900 sf of gym space

• 1,300 sf first-team locker room with custom built-in lockers

• 800 sf team lecture room

Sustainability Accomplishments

• We reduced our carbon footprint by promoting companies to provide workers living within 25 miles of the project. 47% of our workers live within this radius.
