This two-floor tenant improvement relocated the Clark Nuber offices to levels 7 and 8 of City Center Plaza in downtown Bellevue. The buildout features a combination of open and private offices, phone rooms, and flex spaces to accommodate hybrid staff while maintaining private offices for those working primarily on site. A black steel communicating stair was added to connect the two floors, which also include a classroom and training area, game lounge, breakout rooms, and huddle spaces to support informal collaboration.
