22,000 sf, full-floor commercial office TI on the 38th floor of the 999 3rd Ave building in downtown Seattle for Seyfarth Shaw, LLP. The project consisted of all new offices, revamped conference rooms, and a new assembly/entertainment space with an operable partition to allow for larger social events. The MEPF systems were all fully upgraded on the floor along with the structural system at the new assembly space.
