Pacific Place Market Ready Suites

Venture transformed five vacant suites totaling more than 52,000 SF at Pacific Place Mall into market-ready tenant spaces. The scope included new drywall and paint, upgraded lighting, floor leveling and polishing, and comprehensive evaluations of existing mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems. Our team also identified strategic building system improvements, converting previously unoccupiable areas into move-in-ready suites that enabled future tenants to begin their own build-outs immediately. The project helped activate the property in advance of the 2026 FIFA World Cup, ultimately serving as the home of the Seattle Soccer House tenant experience.
